Got a Smart Bro device but still new to the My Smart App? Let us give you a quick rundown of the things you can do with your My Smart account. Before anything else, make sure to download the My Smart app from PlayStore or Apple Store and install it to your phone or tablet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Checking your account balance and mobile usage <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When you click on \u2018Overview\u2019, you\u2019ll see the following account information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Total Amount Due Under that, you\u2019ll also be able to view your remaining mobile data credits. To view your account balance, choose \u2018Total Amount Due.\u2019 Here, you can see your previous bill balance, current bill charges, the total amount due, payment due date, and unbilled usage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Accessing your billing statements <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n To see your billing statements online, make sure to enroll in Smart\u2019s eStatement service first. Once enrolled, you can click on \u2018Total Amount Due\u2019 then \u2018View eStatements.\u2019 You\u2019ll see a history of all your billing statements from when you started your plan until your current next billing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Paying your bills online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When paying your bills online, go to \u2018Account Services\u2019 and choose the \u2018Pay bills\u2019 tab. After selecting the mobile number, your account number and the amount to be paid will automatically be generated. Press \u2018Proceed.\u2019 From there you can already choose between paying your bills using your credit card or debit card. You\u2019ll only have to input your card details then click \u2018Submit.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Changing your billing address<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you want to change your billing address, you can just go to \u2018Overview\u2019 and click on \u2018Total Amount Due.\u2019 You\u2019ll find a tab there that says \u2018Change billing address.\u2019 Make the necessary changes and click \u2018Submit request.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Buying load<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In case your Smart Bro is prepaid, you may also buy load using the My Smart app. Simply go to \u2018Overview\u2019 then click \u2018e-Load\u2019 on the widget located on the lower right of your screen. Scroll through the options and choose one. You will be redirected to a page that will ask you which mode of payment you prefer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.
